Factory Interior Reconstruction

Case

This case was a robbery in a complex fabric factory interior and was based around the view a witness had from an office window in the factory. However from the case to the time of the trial the office in question had been demolished. It was vital that the jury could see the location of the old office and the views anyone inside would have had.

What we Produced

We measured and reconstructed the factory interior as it appears now and also as it appeared on the day in question. We also created several plans with witness locations on to go along with 3D examples from all different angles and with and without the office. Our visuals helped the barristers explain the layout of the building as it was on the day which helped bring the case to a conclusion. This case was highlighted how we can reconstruct buildings that may no longer exist but a vital to a case.
